families currently on the housing waiting list, in their journey to
homeownership in the Cloetesville, Stellenbosch area.
This large-scale initiative aims to identify
potential beneficiaries who qualify for GAP housing in Cloetesville and provide
aspiring homeowners with the knowledge and support they need to secure
affordable housing, tailored to their financial circumstances.
